Flavivirus xrRNAs
The exoribonuclease-resistant RNA elements (xrRNA) are described throughout all groups of flaviviruses. Usually, each virus harbors two xrRNAs, xrRNA1 and xrRNA2, in the beginning of the 3 UTR [1].
